WELCOME to day 5
You Made It to the Finish Line!
You planned your content, gathered your resources, created your core pieces, and found ways to repurpose your strongest ideas.
Now there's only one thing left to do: get your content out into the world.
Today, you'll schedule or publish what you've created, save anything you can reuse later, and do a quick review of your week.
No more creating today. We're wrapping things up.
YOUR DAY 5 GOAL
By the end of today, your content will be scheduled or ready to publish, your reusable resources will be saved, and you'll know exactly where you stand for the week ahead.
Today, you'll use your Status column for one final check and make sure everything you've completed is accounted for.
You'll also look at your Notes and anything you've created this week that could make future content easier.
LET'S FINISH YOUR CONTENT WEEK
Work through each step below to get your content scheduled, saved, and ready to go.
-
Before you schedule anything, quickly review the content you've created.
This isn't another editing session. 😂 You're simply making sure everything is ready to go.
Check that your links work, your CTA is included, your visuals are correct, and your content is going to the right place.
YOUR ACTION
Give each piece one final check.
✓ Message is clear
✓ CTA is included
✓ Links work
✓ Visuals are ready
✓ Content is going to the right channelIf everything looks good, move on.
-
Now it's time to get your content out of your folders and onto your marketing channels.
Schedule as much as you realistically can using the scheduling tools you already use.
If something can't be scheduled ahead of time, make a clear note of when and where it needs to be published.
You don't need another complicated system. You just need to know what's going out and when.
YOUR ACTION
Schedule your completed content or add its publishing date to your plan.
Then update the Status column of your Weekly Planner.
-
Before you close everything out, look at what you created this week.
Is there anything you could use again?
Maybe it's a Canva design you can turn into a template, a group of stock photos you loved, a caption framework, an email format, research, a hook, or an idea you want to revisit later.
Save those resources somewhere you'll actually be able to find them again.

Save anything worth reusing in your content folders, Canva, Content Idea Bank, or wherever it makes the most sense in your system.
Don't organize your entire business today. Just save the things from this week that you know you'll want again.

Before you officially finish the challenge, take a few minutes to look at what you accomplished.
Ask yourself:
What felt easy?
What took longer than expected?
What could I simplify next time?
What would I want to reuse? You aren't trying to analyze a bunch of metrics yet. Your content may not even be published!
This is simply about making your next content week easier than this one.
YOUR ACTION
Add any helpful notes or reminders to your Weekly Planner so you can carry what you learned into your next planning session.
